2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 353 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 188, 353, 337 & 338 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to allegation, frenzied mob created chaos including pelting of stones on the police party when the informant alongwith police personnel were on their duty to remove the encroachment.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and the other co-accused persons having similar allegation, have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14406 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 dated 10-11-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72985 of 2023.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 353 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
