Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.299 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that one country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated and has been in custody for 41⁄2 months and there was no earlier case against him under the Arms Act except one case of murder instituted in the year 2009.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Gopal Yadav is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20004 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.299 of 2017.
