2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner along with the other co-accused persons are alleged to have misappropriated the amount invested by the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in no way concerned with the company, neither he is agent or Director of the company. There is no chit of paper to prove that this petitioner had defalcated the money of the customers. Petitioner is only alleged to be present in the meeting which was allegedly convened by the company for the purpose

Informant himself being agent of the company abducted family members of the petitioner and got invested big amount in favour of the alleged company. In order to save his skin, forged and fabricated F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that this petitioner along with other accused persons cheated the poor villagers and misappropriated huge amount of money of the investors. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the accusation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
