The petitioners have statutory remedy against the order passed under the provisions of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, before the Bihar Land Tribunal. This application is, thus, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the Bihar Land Tribunal by making an application for redressal of their grievance.
