The petitioner claims to be a registered Union of the District Primary Teachers. It is contended that the graduate trained teachers are getting Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- whereas the matric trained teachers are getting Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- for the reasons that the graduate trained teachers have not been given their benefits of the senior scale after completion of 12 years or 24 years. It is claimed that the petitioner has represented vide Annexure-4 to the Principal
Patna High Court CWJC No.999 of 2016 dt.07-02-2017 Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, however, nothing has been done till date.
Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 once again by filing detailed representation which should be considered by him on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order.
