JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Petitioner seeks quashing of the undated certificate notice issued against him by the District Certificate Officer, Bhojpur at Ara, i.e., respondent no. 2, in Case No. 3/14-15 under section 7 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 contained in Annexure 1 to the writ application. In view of the joint submission made at the Bar that identical issues have already been considered and decided by this Court in the order dated 20.02.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 972 of 2015 and analogous cases, this writ application also stands allowed in terms thereof and the impugned notice and certificate are quashed and set aside.

However, the matter is remitted back to the Certificate

Patna High Court CWJC No.6191 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 Officer concerned to dispose of Certificate Case No. 3/14-15 afresh in accordance with law.
