The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of writ/direction commanding the respondents to make payment of arrear of difference of salary from 23.01.1979 to February 1996 as full salary has not been paid. The petitioner further prays to make payment of interest of 12% per annum on aforesaid amount and also grant any other reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3.

Petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.7554 of 2021 dt.18-07-2024 2/2 before the respondent no.3 and 5 within a period of two weeks, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of her claim. The respondent no.3 and 5 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks' by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

It is made clear that the respondent no.3 and 5 shall be held responsible non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
