JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that though the petitioners resorted to firing but it caused no injury to the informant or Meera Devi, thereafter the accused persons assaulted the informant and pelted brocks and damaged the house.

Statement has been made in paragraph 11 of the petition that no injury was caused to any one and it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is counter version of the occurrence also. Statement has also been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners are accused in one other case in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8937 of 2015 (2) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 which they have been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 177 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
