JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-04-2019 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the petition the age of the petitioner has been mentioned as 19 years but in the title portion of the order dated 08.03.2019 inadvertently the age of the petitioner has been mentioned as 49 years which is required to be corrected.

Taking note of the aforesaid submission, this Court directs that in the order dated 08.03.2019, in the title portion the age of the petitioner be read as '19 years' in place of '49 years', further in the last paragraph of the order four weeks' time provided to the petitioner be extended by another two weeks from today.

To the aforesaid extent the order dated 08.03.2019 will be taken as modified and rest of the order shall remain intact. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) avin/-vedU
