ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the informant as also the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners are in custody since 7.8.2017 in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No.72 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was also added.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is allegation of the petitioners' participation, no specific role has been assigned to them as per the F.I.R. itself. The main allegation is against other accused persons and not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48459 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 against these two petitioners.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the petitioners are having clean antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIV, Gopalganj, in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No.72 of 2017.
