JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 In view of the order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 4445 of 2016, whereby this Court even while disposing of the writ petition had merely directed for inclusion of her name in the voter list simplicitor and which inclusion has admittedly taken place, any indulgence to the prayer made by the petitioner in this application for acceptance of nomination would amount to extending the date of nomination so fixed by the State Election Commission which relief was never granted to the petitioner in the first writ petition by this Court. No cause for indulgence is made out on the prayer made. The writ petition is disposed of.
