Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code .

The allegation, as alleged in the F.I.R., Rs 70,000/- and one mobile phone were robbed by some unknown miscreants on the gun point.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

The petitioner is accused in one criminal case which is of theft. The name of the petitioner came during the course of investigation and a mobile phone was also recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
