The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/447/341/323/354/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no.1 dragged the informant by catching her hair whereas petitioner no. 2 gave repeated blow with 'dab' causing injury on her head and, thereafter, the accused persons snatched ear-ring worth Rs.55,000/-, cash of Rs.25,000/- and other ornaments worth Rs.50,000/-.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no injury report of the informant on record. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with University P.S. Case No.17 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
