Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that co-accused Pooja Tawaif @ Pooja Devi has been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11908 of 2018. Only material against the petitioners is suspicion. Pooja Tawaif was granted bail after perusal of the case diary. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19845 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) Police Station Case No. 1715 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
