JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to pay the salary amount dues since April, 2014 keeping in mind that petitioners discharging their duty up till now without any complaint.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4357 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 (ii) For issuance of further writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent considered to make fund available so that due salary amounts of the petitioners be paid to the petitioners.
(iii) For holding and declaration that petitioners deserve to get their dues salary amount for the works already discharged/done and still petitioners are in service."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
