No. 7483 of 2016 to the extent that in the last portion of order it should be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of main petition. Let the order dated 19.02.2016 is modified to the extent that in the last portion of order it should be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 403 of 2014, Trial No. 1109 of 2015.
