JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Parbatta PS Case No. 425 of 2017 registered under Sections 366, 365/34 of the IPC and Sections 9/10 of the POCSO Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he forcibly got the informant's minor son married with his sister-in-law after forceful abduction but the marriage is accepted and informant has compromised the case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ajay Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I Khagaria in connection with Parbatta PS Case No. 425 of 2017.
