Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 427 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR but in course of investigation, it is said that one Trailor was recovered from the house of the Petitioner. The Investigating Officer claims that seized Trailor was stolen property of the present case.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased the aforesaid Trailor which is evident from perusal of Annexure-2 and Annexure-3 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13919 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Biharsharif, District- Nalanda in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 427 of 2019.
