That by this writ application, the petitioner seeks indulgence of the this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions to commanding the respondents to consider and grant A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. with all consequential benefits with effect from 20-12-2007 and 20-12-2015 in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4483 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/3 the light of the statutory rule of ACP2003 and MACP-2010, when the petitioner has completed the total service length of 27 years with satisfactory service and the petitioner further prays to issue of an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of "Mandamus" and directed to the respondents to make payment of financial benefits of 1st ACP and MACP with effect from the due date."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintending Engineer, Road Construction Department, Road Circle, Purnea for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Superintending Engineer, Road Construction Department, Road Circle, Purnea, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
