JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 in connection with Certificate Case No. 13 of 2015-16, pending in the court of District Certificate Officer, Buxar within

Patna High Court CWJC No.6575 of 2016(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 a period of eight weeks from today.

Till passing of the final order by the said Certificate Officer, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. However, it is clarified that if the petitioner does not file objection within eight weeks, the Certificate Officer, Buxar shall proceed ex-parte.
