JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he has assaulted the informant on the head with Kudal. From the injury report, it also reveals that informant has received total five injuries. One of the injury was on right parietal caused by sharp cutting weapon Keeping in view, that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 pending in the
