The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 237 of 2018 dated 11.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two persons are said to have been injured in the occurrence in which the petitioner is also said to have participated. The injuries suffered by the victims have been opined to be simple in nature. The petitioner is only alleged to have divested one of the members of the side of the prosecution of her nose-stud. The petitioner and the informant are next door neighbours and there is a pending land dispute between them.
