The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR is against unknown. Similarly situated co-accused Cuchi @ Rajesh Yadav @ Buchu Yadav has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2.

Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2016.

Case No.73 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
