1832 Area 58 decimal P.S. Garahani District Bhojpur i.e. is Govt. Land (Aahar) by constructing house and toilet for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4389 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 personal use by the private respondents no. 6 and 7 i.e. Ravindra Kumar and Ajay Kumar.

(ii) To direct the respondents authorities to take action as per law on the report of Anchal Amin, Garahani District-Bhojpur who inquire and measure the land in Measurement Suit No. 33/23-24 and found encroachment on above mentioned land and found matter true that private respondents no. 6 and 7 encroached the Aahar (Jalasay) i.e. on Anabad Sarva Sadharan Land."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5 i.e. the Circle Officer, Garhani, District-Bhojpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
