The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Accusation is of making assault and abusing by calling caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury was caused to the informant. Statement to that effect has been made in para-19 of the petition and the petitioners were on inimical terms from before.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9464 of 2015 (2) dt.20-04-2015 Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The occurrence took place on 13.08.2014 at 9.00 A.M. in the morning, whereas the First Information Report was registered on 14.08.2014 at about 12.30 P.M.

Considering the nature of accusation and no injury report has been brought on record, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
