JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 25-04-2022 After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, which is now functional. The present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty as aforesaid.

The apprehension of the petitioners is that in the meanwhile their property may be put to auction. It is clarified
