The petitioner retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.01.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain payments have been made to the petitioner, but the entire dues have not been paid, as yet.
Considering the fact that the petitioner retired on 31.01.2019, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of the balance post-retiral dues to the petitioner including gratuity, leave encashment and
