JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant was called by Munna Kumar Singh and Pankaj Singh to watch orchestra programme, thereafter they assaulted the informant. Subsequently, the petitioner, Pithun Singh and three unknown persons came and they also made assault.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the specific accusation of assault is against Pankaj and Munna and all the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8484 of 2015 (2) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 150 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
