This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 304B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are mother and married sister of the husband of the victim of dowry death. There is a general and omnibus allegation that for non-fulfillment of dowry demand, the in-laws burnt the victim to death.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the husband is in custody and for some trivial dispute between the husband and the wife, the occurrence took place. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence.
Considering the entire facts and specially the fact that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12286 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 the petitioners are ladies, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
