The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the missing truck loaded with wheat was recovered from the godown of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dharmendra Kumar. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. However, considering the fact that informant's missing loaded truck with wheat has been recovered from the premises of this petitioner, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
