The petitioner apprehend her arrest in connection with Patna Jn. (R. Nagar) P.S. Case no. 243 of 2018, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant Jitendra Sahni along with his villagers Amod Rai, Shantlal Rai, Vinay Rai and others came at Rajendra Nagar Railway Station for going to New Delhi. Thereafter, informant reached at ticket window No. 4 and made demand of three tickets for New Delhi and he handed over Rs. 1000/- to the lady, who was siting in the ticket counter and she handed over three tickets of New Delhi and she also returned Rs. 150/- to the informant. Thereafter, they rushed for boarding on the train at platform No.2, where TTE

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14497 of 2019(3) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 came and checked his tickets, which was kept by his associate, namely, Amod Kumar and declared all the three tickets fake. The informant said about purchasing of tickets from ticket window No. 4. Thereafter, informant and his associates were taken to RPF Police Station.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, admittedly, the petitioner is the clerk in the railway department and at that time, she was posted in ticket counter No.4 due to that reason, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with Patna Jn. (R.Nagar) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
