BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 01-11-2021 The petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) For quashing of order dated 18.08.2017 read with 26/08/2019 in Certificate Case No. 26/20176017 passed by the L.R.D.-cum-District Certificate Officer, Buxar, the Respondent No. 7 (Annexure-2, series).
(ii) For issuance of direction upon the Respondent No. 7 that until and unless the quantification of the amount is not undertaken by resolving the dispute or adjudicating the dispute in accordance with law by the appropriate authority under common law remedy, the certificate
Patna High Court CWJC No.5841 of 2020(2) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 proceedings bearing Certificate Case No.
26/2016-17 may be held up.
(iii) For granting stay on the order impugned bearing order dated 18/08/2017 read with 26/08/2019 in Certificate Case No. 26/2015-17 passed by the L.R.D.C.-cum-District Certificate Officer, Buxar, the Respondent No. 7 for ends of the justice.
(iv) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to take recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law.
Liberty, as prayed for, granted.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
We only hope and expect the appropriate authority to consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously. Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
