2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 14.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 42121 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 328, 308, 304 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 33 and 34 of the Excise Act.

4. The following order was passed on 14.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 42121 of 2023 which reads as under: "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Isuapur P.S. Case No.280 of 2022 registered for the offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20492 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 punishable under Sections 272, 273, 328, 308, 304 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 33/34 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner is involved in manufacturing and selling of illicit liquor. Some persons died after consuming the liquor manufactured by the petitioner.

4. Looking to the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected."

5. This Court finds no ground to review its earlier order dated 14.07.2023.
