2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 387, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as admittedly there is a prior land dispute between the parties and there is no specific accusation against the petitioner, who admittedly was not present at the place of occurrence.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the arrest or surrender of the petitioner before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named
