The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015, registered under Sections 304 (B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused twice lastly on 15.02.2017 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51242 of 2016 with direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same within four months from 15.02.2017, but in spite of passing of four months, the trial of the petitioner has not been concluded and the same is pending for prosecution evidence.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36626 of 2017 (2) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Nawadah in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
