JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the name of petitioner transpired in confessional statement of co-accused persons and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail custody for more than ten months.
