ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks transfer of Sessions Trial No. 1188 of 2011 and Sessions Trial No. 275 of 2012 from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge 5th, Patna, to any other Court. I see no reason for transfer of the same, the application stands rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party. He shall take stringent steps for ensuring framing of charge against the accused persons and it shall ensure the same on the dates fixed.
