Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2017.

A country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, on completion of nine months of custody, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6019 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 where the case is pending in connection with Kajraili Police Station Case No.43 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
