Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The bail application of the petitioner was earlier permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges by order dated 12.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 43345 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed by order dated 03.02.2022. A certified copy of the order dated 03.02.2022 has been supplied by the petitioner today in the Court.

No. 291 of 2021 arising out of Vaishali P.S. Case No. 408 of 2019, subject to the condition that if the petitioner on any date fixed in the trial does not appear without any plausible explanation, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
