Victim, aged about 21 years, could not return on 25.12.2016, whereupon prosecution party gone in her search and after coming to know about activity of the petitioner to have enticed her away, filed written report on 06.02.2017. Victim has been recovered while enjoying company of the petitioner at New Delhi and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. (Para-69 of the case diary). Considering the same, petitioner, Sahil @ Guddu @ Omkar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No.69 of 2017.
