The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.211 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and that there are cross cases with regard to the same incident for
