2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5813 of 2020.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands rejected.
