The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2017 in connection with Rajeput P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 448, 323, 324, 307, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the fact that there is delay in lodging the first information report and the injury report indicates that the injury is simply in nature, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with
