Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No.134 of 2017 registered under Sections 120-B, 201, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the daughter of the informant was going to attend the call of nature along with his daughter-in-law and accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant and a day after her dead body was recovered. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20963 of 2018(2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 to the so called earlier occurrence, due to enmity all family members have been implicated in this case, similarly situated other co-accused Dilip Mahto @ Dilip Kumar Mahto and Amarjit Mahto @ Amarjit Prasad Singh have been admitted to bail by this Court by order dated 30.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18356 of 2018 and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent except one complaint case against petitioner no.1. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Manoj Mahto @ Manoj Kumar Mehta @ Manoj Kumar Mahto, Ram Dayal Mahto, Ram Prasad Mahto and Ajay Mahto are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No.134 of 2017.
