====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant. During course of search, neighbors informed that one Naresh Kumar Das took away his daughter on a motorcycle. She came to know that FIR named accused persons, kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation of kidnapping is not against the petitioner but it

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
