2. Petitioner apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 351 ( 2 ), 352, 3 (5) of the BNS 2023 . 3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner is alleged to have given dab blow on the head of informant as a result of which he sustained injury and when wife of informant came to save him, then all the accused persons assaulted her. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

No.14504 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - IV siwan in connection with G b Nagar P.S. Case No. 546 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
