The petitioners apprehend arrest in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147,148,149,323,324,307,379,427 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence petitioner no. 1 and 4 along with co-accused Bipin Singh fired upon Alok Singh which caused injury on his back. It is also alleged that co-accused Raju Kumar(petitioner no. 2) caused cut injury in hand of Alok Singh. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 3 and 4 along with co-accused Bipin Singh caused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11651 of 2018(4) dt.04-04-2018 2/3 injury to Fudena Singh and Binod Singh and other accused persons threw stones which caused injury to Anand Kumar and Arpan Kumar.

Case diary has been received. The statement of all three injured have been recorded by police, which has been recorded in paragraph 26,27 and 54, in which witnesses have taken the name of these petitioners.

Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that there is allegation against the petitioner no. 1 and 4 of causing fire-arm injury to Alok Singh, but doctor has found no fire-arm injury on his person. From the injury reports, it appears that injuries were found on the person of all the injured. The injury on Fudena Singh was found to be grievous in nature. In the written report, there is specific allegation against all these petitioners of causing injury to informant and other members of prosecution party.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands rejected.
