2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) command the Respondent Authorities to do Parimarjan (Correction) of the incorrect entries in the computerized Jamabandi 194143700074567 which shall herein after be called Jamabandi in Question;

II. direct the Respondent Authorities especially Respondent Anchaladhikari to ensure issuance of corrected rent receipts in respect of the Land in Question, for which the Parimarjan (Correction) application has been given and is pending;

(iii) direct the Respondent Anchaladhikari to expeditiously dispose of the applications given by petitioner and her family members for Parimarjan (Correction) of the Land in Question within next 15/35 days which is the period provided by the government in its notification/circular no. 3722 dated 13.12.25;

(iv) grant any other incidental or consequential relief/reliefs to which the

(v) or any other relief or reliefs to which the Petitioner is found fit and entitled.

3. Ms. Pooja Pathak submits that the grievance stands redressed and as such the writ petition has become infructuous.
