Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara (Arar) P.S. Case No.132 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that one country made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has one such criminal antecedent that too lodged by his father due to property dispute and the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Rakesh Kumar @ Chunna @ Chunna @ Rakesh Das

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8362 of 2018(2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 @ Rakesh @ Chunna Das may be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara (Arar) P.S. Case No.132 of 2017.
