Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The deceased was himself a veteran criminal and considering the aforesaid fact co-accused Ram Babu Singh and Ranjeet Singh @ Jhuppan Singh @ Ranjit Singh have already been allowed bail by two different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-2 series.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24376 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Case No. 537 of 2017 arising out of Sahebpur Kamal Police Station Case No. 17 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
